Lymphedema Management

Evidence-based support for those experiencing lymphedema due to surgery, cancer treatment, or chronic conditions.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) aka lymphatic massage
Compression education and garment support
Skin care and individualized exercises
Post-cancer and post-op recovery support
Wound management support
Care is provided by a licensed occupational therapist and certified lymphedema therapist trained in advanced home-based management.
Reiki Energy Healing 45 min
Reiki session Chakra balancing $88
A gentle yet powerful modality that works with your body’s natural energy system to promote deep healing, emotional clarity, and spiritual balance.
Sessions may include:
Chakra alignment to clear and rebalance energy centers
Guided visualization or mindfulness for relaxation and focus

This is a non-invasive service where clients remain fully clothed, lying comfortably as healing energy is shared through light touch or hovering hands.

A personalized, whole-person approach to functional recovery and wellness, blending evidence-based occupational therapy with intuitive insight and holistic care.
Services may include:
Manual therapy for upper extremity rehab and post-operative recovery (including plastic surgery)
Scar tissue management and mobility restoration
Gua Sha for myofascial release, muscle tension, and relaxation
Mind-body coaching for nervous system regulation and life transitions
Neurological rehabilitation after stroke or injury
